This home is located in an exclusive oceanfront development in Vero Beach, Florida. It was an old property and the new homeowners wanted a complete renovation. Being a townhome the unit is narrow. The living space is open and made distinct by the ceiling details and architectural elements.
All moldings, paneling and cabinets were finished in a painted soft white color. The marble I used was Calacatta Gold, a classic look. All finishes were subdued to not compete with the views out the window of the Atlantic Ocean.
