To create this trendy model home, I used a mixture of textures, mixed metals, and unique decorative lighting fixtures. I designed architectural elements around the open kitchen to enhance the views of the adjacent spaces.
In the open great room, I designed a ceiling to have bold honed open beams. For the recessed part of the ceiling, I added nickel joint paneling and framed it with flat stock as opposed to crown molding which inspired a more industrial style. The unique details throughout this home will leave a lasting impression on potential homeowners.
